How It Works

1. Charge the device fully and ensure the press plate is retracted.

2. Choose a mold head and secure it to the machine.

3. Attach the feeding bucket tightly.

4. Prepare your dough using the recommended ratio (flour : water = 2 : 1).

5. Fill the feeding bucket with dough.

6. Press the switch to start automatic noodle extrusion directly into your pot or container.

Recommended Ratios

• Ordinary noodles:
  130g flour + 65ml water

• Egg noodles:
  260g flour + 150g liquid (approx. 3 eggs)
